Yes, I went to this place called Ocean Park Seafood Village for dinner. It was a business dinner with bankers and businessmen. My colleague, a journalist also, but a Penangite-turned-Sabahan told me the bill could easily came up to 700 to 800 ringgit. Other dishes served include shark fins soup which looks like all real shark fins, fried chicken (tender and juicy), prawns with noodles, prawns, fish, vegetables and desserts. And of course, some red wine.
The food was good. However, there is still room for improvement on the services of the waiters and waitresses. Hope they are not "underpaid". In brief, this news items -
A restaurant owner who brought a Malaysian to Melbourne to work as a chef and paid him less than A$10,000 over 18 months has been fined A$180,000. Two 19-year-old casual waitresses were also underpaid and the owner was fined.
Back to the starter, I hope such invitation for dinner also ends at starter too.

The starter looks nice. When you want to take photos, flat battery is really bad. I always try not to let my camera battery goes flat. But sometimes still got misses. Price of foods in Sabah is comparable with KL now. So expensive.
