I just want to say that we are all YBs, so we must show that we earn the respect of others. We are the Yang Berhormats and should be respected. So for us to show respect is to refrain from using words that can be insulting to others. We all make mistakes, say the wrong word; a good leader is someone who is able to accept our weaknesses.
